About us
Penny Treats is a UK-based sweet shop. By placing an order with us, you enter into a contract with Penny Treats. If you have any questions, please contact us at enquiries@pennytreats.co.uk.
Placing an order
When you place an order, you are making an offer to purchase the products described. We reserve the right to decline any order at our discretion.
You will receive an order confirmation email once payment has been processed. This confirmation constitutes acceptance of your order.
All orders are subject to product availability. In the unlikely event that an item is out of stock after your order is placed, we will contact you to arrange a suitable alternative or a full refund.
Pricing
All prices are displayed in British Pounds (GBP) and are inclusive of VAT where applicable. We reserve the right to change prices at any time without prior notice.
Delivery charges are calculated at checkout and are in addition to product prices.
Payment
Payment is taken at the time of ordering. We accept major credit and debit cards, processed securely via Stripe. We do not store your card details.
Customised party bags
Customised party bag orders are subject to a separate enquiry and quotation process. Orders are confirmed only once a quote has been agreed and payment received.
Due to the personalised nature of these products, customised party bags cannot be returned or refunded unless they arrive damaged or incorrect.
